Warranty & Return Policy

Sales Are Final

All Pacific Gyre products are built to order and configured to each customer’s specifications.

Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective products.

Please review your quotation and order confirmation carefully before purchasing.

Limited Warranty

Pacific Gyre warrants its products to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and packaging for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.

If a product is found to be defective during this period, Pacific Gyre will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any product.

Items returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Pacific Gyre, including customs duties, taxes, and insurance.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Pacific Gyre will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer within the continental United States.

For international customers, return shipping costs for repaired or replacement products are the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Operation beyond rated environmental limits
  • Corrosion, biofouling, or contamination
  • Impact or shipping damage
  • Third-party satellite service issues
  • Normal wear, consumables (e.g., batteries, anodes), or cosmetic defects
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
